How to Assess for Cultural Fit in the Hiring Process with Marc Prine, Ph.D.

Season #1 Episode #5

You can say it's an employees' market, not an employers' market. Hiring the right people for the right roles can come at a cost if not done well. Missing the mark on cultural fit during the hiring process not only impacts the organizations' culture in the long-run, but also the organizations' ability to retain those employees. What do you do to attract the right candidates? How do you assess cultural fit? How do you retain people after you bring them in? What else in the organization requires investment for growth and retention? These are all questions asked and answered on this week's episode with Marc Prine. Marc shares unique strategies and insights around behavioral interviewing, competency modeling, defining leadership potential, aligning on expectations, and so much more. Stay tuned to the end of the episode for Marc to reveal his most recent paradigm shift.
