Building Trust on Virtual or Hybrid Teams with Beth Harrelson

Season #1 Episode #14

Building trust on teams requires real work. In fact, high performing teams require trust in order to produce top results. This is especially true in a virtual or hybrid environment where only about 14% of how we communicate is through words. Think about how much information we miss in virtual environments and how impactful that is to building trust on your teams.

On this week’s episode, Beth Harrelson walks us through how to build trust on teams, the signs that trust does exist, and what happens to a team when trust is eroded.

If you work on a team that lacks trust or you’re interested in learning about the 3 levels of trust, be sure to check out this week’s episode. Tune into the very end for an insightful paradigm shift shared by Beth.
