What Led Me Here:

I discovered my first psychology book at the age of 11. I was captivated. The potential of psychology to elevate the human experience sparked a lifelong passion in me. My ambition has always been to leave a meaningful imprint on people’s lives. It wasn't until an undergraduate class in clinical psychology that I envisioned a more scalable impact—from individuals in clinical settings to groups of employees in organizational settings.

This set me on a path to become curious about where my efforts would leave the biggest impact. Considering we spend 1/3 of our lifetime at work, I knew then that the workplace is the pivotal area for elevating human potential. It was here that I began to study how to apply organizational psychology not just to improve individual lives, but to transform entire organizational cultures.

Today, my mission is clear: to empower leaders to create positive changes in the workplace using behavioral science. I'm only just getting started on harnessing the power of organizational psychology to create workplaces where people not only thrive but are also deeply engaged, more productive, and fundamentally happier. This mission is not just my career; it's my purpose, guiding every step I take as an OD practitioner and executive coach. Thanks for joining me on this journey!
